Responsibilities

• Source candidates — find people through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, etc.
• Review resumes & applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings/interviews (phone, video, or in-person).
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Help with onboarding new hires (paperwork, orientation).
• Maintain recruitment records and reports.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration , or any related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
