About The Position
The Recruiter will be an integral part of the Human Resources team by leading talent acquisition strategies and activities. This role engages with regional leadership across Canada to fill staffing needs, implement sourcing strategies to maximize applicant traction and staffing outcomes. The Recruiter plays a key role in developing the employee value proposition, creating the employer brand for the business, and taking it to market. Additionally, the role is responsible for diversifying applicant channels, engaging social media and optimizing recruiting and onboarding processes.
