Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process and help attract, source, and hire top talent. The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
+ Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and hiring goals
+ Post job openings on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms
