- Position is opening because they are growing and scaling business
- Talent Advisor / Talent Sourcer to help support financial advisors - need to have this type of experience
- Someone who is skilled and has sourcing and relationship management with advisors
- Review Client licensing
- Avoid- recruiters and sourcers who can't explain what an advisor does (branch managers, etc)
- Know what Client licensing is required, and push and promote our brand to markets
