Opportunity Description
A Recruitment Supervisor oversees a team of recruiters, managing the full recruitment life cycle for clients, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hiring while adhering to client‑specific needs and recruitment strategies. They are responsible for maintaining high standards of candidate experience, achieving recruitment targets, and providing leadership and coaching to their team to optimize recruitment efficiency.
