Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, self-starting Recruitment Administrator to support a high-volume desk. Managing roles across, Project Management and Corporate sectors. This role is for someone who can hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding.
The successful candidate will be expected to start immediately, shadow the team briefly, and begin executing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume Coordination: Managing recruitment workflows for a large portfolio of Corporate roles.
- End-to-End Admin: Drafting and posting job ads, creating job briefs, and handling pickups.
- Candidate Management: Efficiently shortlisting candidates against specific criteria.
- Systems Management: Utilising SuccessFactors and MS Office suite to track candidate progress.
- Process Integrity: Maintaining a strict, process-driven approach to ensure compliance in a high-volume environment.
