Recruitment Administrator

We’re looking for a confident and proactive individual to take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and engaging qualified candidates to managing the end-to-end hiring process and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. As the face of TELUS Digital to potential candidates, you’ll act as a key liaison between them and our hiring managers, helping us grow a team that reflects our values and mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish job advertisements across relevant platforms
• Host and participate in Assessment Centers
• Serve as a mediator between TA and Operations
• Prepare documentation for successful hires, including contracts and offer letters
