Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Manage job postings and maintain applicant tracking systems
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Ensure timely endorsement of qualified candidates to clients
• Handle recruitment documentation and onboarding requirements
