Job Summary: The Recruitment Associate is responsible for sourcing, screening, and endorsing qualified candidates to meet client hiring requirements. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process from initial sourcing to onboarding endorsement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms
• Source and attract potential candidates through different recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients
