ROLE SUMMARY

The ideal candidate supports the talent acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for open roles across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Post job advertisements on relevant portals including Nafis, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
• Assist in maintaining and updating employee records (hard and soft copies).
• Coordinate with universities and career fairs to source fresh talent.
