Key Responsibilities Schedule and manage interviews for multiple candidates and hiring managers. Coordinate logistics, including video conferencing and travel arrangements. Ensure all interview panel members are briefed and have candidate information. Troubleshoot any technical issues during virtual interviews to ensure a smooth process. Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases. Gather feedback from interviewers and candidates, compiling assessments to inform hiring decisions.
