1. First level skill screening of candidates from existing database 2. Reach out to screen shortlisted candidates to discuss further hiring process
3. Interview scheduling and Coordination 4. Collect feedback from interviewers and update in MIS 5. Guiding & Facilitating Registration of Candidates on Foreign Job Portal 6. Create Candidate Repository and retrieve and share with concern stakeholders as per request
