• Operate as a Strategic Talent Partner and Full‑Cycle Senior Recruiter, owning mid‑to‑leadership level hires end‑to‑end.
• Advise leaders, build deep talent insights, and map niche, future, and AI‑driven skills.
• Apply a strong understanding of the AI market, emerging AI capabilities, and their impact on workforce planning to keep hiring strategies future‑ready.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
• Drive complex and niche hiring strategies across tech, risk/finance, leadership, and other specialized roles to attract world‑class talent.
