Recruitment & Future Ready Senior Exec

Purpose: To support the recruitment and future‑ready strategy by ensuring effective execution of manpower planning, recruitment processes, event coordination, and compliance. The role focuses on providing operational and administrative support for recruitment activities, enabling agency growth and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Accountabilities

• Support the execution of recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract, select, and onboard new agency force members across all regions.
• Assist in manpower planning by maintaining accurate records of recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with Agency Leaders, Sales Managers, and Regional teams to ensure smooth delivery of recruitment programs and campaigns.
• Manage logistics, documentation, and reporting for recruitment events such as Business Opportunity Presentations (BOP), Recruit Schools, and other initiatives.
