Recruitment Intern (Hybrid)

Work Setup: 90% Remote / 10% Onsite (BGC, Taguig – for quarterly team engagements)

Internship Duration: 300 to 600 hours

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, at least 40 hours per week

Compensation: Monthly Internship Allowance + Unlimited Commissions + Monthly Bonuses

As a Recruitment Admin Intern , you’ll work closely with our recruitment team to support sourcing, screening, candidate management, and research across local and global markets using modern and cloud-based tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and poaching candidates from job portals, social media, and other traditional/non-traditional platforms across the Philippines and internationally
• Learn and use cloud-based recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Encode and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
