Opportunity Description
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- With leadership or managerial experience preferred
- Experience in automotive, retail, or high-volume hiring is an advantage
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledgeable in recruitment metrics and workforce planning
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead recruitment operations for dealership manpower requirements
- Manage sourcing channels including job portals, referrals, social media, and job fairs
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower needs
- Ensure achievements of hiring targets and turnaround time
- Supervise recruiters and onboarding officer
- Monitor recruitment metrics and reports
