CAREER OPPORTUNITY: Recruitment Officer

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various channels( social media, and internal databases) to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and career goals.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and provide regular updates on the talent pipeline.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Facilitate the job offer process, including salary negotiations and pre-employment requirements.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of end-to-end recruitment experience
• Must have handled high volume calls/reach outs
• Must have experience on handling tech, executive and niche roles
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or any related field
