Job Description:
- Bachelor`s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
- With at least 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, databases, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
