Job Purpose

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for approved vacancies across the organization. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, sourcing and screening candidates, managing recruitment agencies, and ensuring recruitment activities are completed efficiently, professionally, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technical and non-technical recruitment within Facility Management, Maintenance, Engineering, and Facility Services sectors, with the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
