Recruitment Specialist (General)

Our Client is looking for a Recruitment Specialist (General), working from home.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Experience in Recruitment for a Recruitment Agency
2. At least 2 years experience as a recruiter in a Recruitment Agency
3. Experience working on Job Boards, Boolean Search, LinkedIn, etc.
4. Head-hunt candidates and motivate them to apply for a specific job
5. Conduct pre-screening calls with candidates
6. Format CVs according to agency specifications
7. Ensure information on the candidate database is captured and updated
8. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with 1 new role every day
9. Fill live vacancies
