Key Responsibilities
- Managing the entire hiring process from advertising roles to closing hires.
- Utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to find passive candidates, and screening resumes to create shortlists.
- Conducting initial phone screens and in-person/virtual interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Partnering with stakeholders to define role requirements and selection criteria.
- Processing hiring paperwork, conducting background checks, and facilitating orientation.
- Tracking key metrics like time-to-hire, source of hire, and quality of hire.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Talent Solutions, and social media tools.
