Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Design and implement overall recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Sourcing & Advertising: Post job ads on professional sites, job boards, and social media, and use databases to source candidates.
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Interviewing & Assessment: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience.
• Hiring Manager Collaboration: Liaise with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, understand job requirements, and facilitate the selection process.
• Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding of new hires to ensure they integrate smoothly into the company.
