Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for interviews.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in using HRIS and ATS systems.
- Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
