Job Description

• Ensures that all manpower vacancies are filled up with the right candidates following identified lead time.
• Conducts proactive sourcing of applicants utilizing JobStreet, local newspapers and social media sites such as but not limited to Facebook, Linkedin and Indeed.
• Attends job fairs and career talks hosted by PESO, TESDA, colleges and universities. Prepares banners and flyers prior to the activity.
• Paper-screens resumes from various sources and matches the job description vis-a-vis the resume of the applicant.
• Reaches out and schedules applicants for interview. Organizes and coordinates interview schedule with requisitioning Department Managers.
• Conducts behavioral job interviews of applicants and provides timely feedback to superiors and requisiti...
