- At least a year of Recruitment Experience ideally doing volume hiring for BPOs and non agent roles
- Someone who enjoys learning new roles and interviewing for different types of positions
- Can work independenly up to minimal supervision

- Job Posting of Client Requirements online
- Sourcing for Qualified Candidates using different platforms
- Conducting interviews online or over the phone to screen applicants
- Ensuring that candidates attend their interviews, or exams as scheduled
- Working with the team and the client for successful hires or placements
