Opportunity Description
- Supervise and lead the recruitment team in achieving manpower targets and deadlines.
- Plan, organize, and execute recruitment activities such as job fairs, campus hiring, and community partnerships.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and job specifications.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing and selection strategies to attract top talent
- Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments of candidates as needed.
- Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of recruitment data and reports.
- Maintain relationships with PESO offices, schools, and other recruitment partners.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment processes and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and government labor regulations.
