Opportunity Description
Responsibilities:
- Review candidate resumes and profiles, match them with suitable job opportunities, and suggest improvements to strengthen their fit.
- Clearly communicate employer requirements to candidates and provide guidance throughout the application process.
- Coordinate interview schedules between employers and candidates, offering support to employers when needed.
- Consistently present qualified candidates to employers to maximize successful placements.
Qualifications:
- High School graduate.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of contact center experience/customer care operations (voice or voice + non‑voice).
- Minimum 1 year tenure with each employer in the past 2 years.
