Job Role: Recycling Centre Operative
Location: Lairg/ Bonar Bridge/ Dornoch
Start: ASAP
Contract Length: 8 weeks initially- possibility of extension
Pay Rate: £14.18 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am-4.30pm & Friday 8am-4pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate effectively both independently and as part of a team to manage incoming and outgoing waste at the Recycling Centre
- Deliver high standards of customer service, assisting site users and promoting recycling best practices
- Safely operate equipment, including compacting skips, and carry out daily checks with defect reporting
- Conduct routine inspections of the site, including buildings and surfaces, reporting issues and recommending corrective actions
