Description
We are looking for a Referral Coordinator to support patients in Los Angeles, California by coordinating access to specialty care, diagnostic services, and community-based resources. This Referral Coordinator position is ideal for someone who can combine strong administrative skills with compassionate patient support in a medical setting. The person in this role will help patients navigate referrals, understand available benefits, and stay connected to important follow-up care while working closely with clinical teams and external providers.


Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate referrals for specialty consultations, diagnostic testing, mammography services, and durable medical equipment by working with providers, health plans, and outside facilities until appointments are secured.
