Regional Account Manager

To support our expansion in the Modern Trade Independent business, we are seeking a result-driven Regional Account Manager who will lead regional growth initiatives, manage retail accounts, and drive distributor development across Central Java and East Java region.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and expand sales performance within the local modern trade channel, covering regional retail chains and independent modern outlets.
• Develop and sustain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including retail buyers, store supervisors, and regional partners.
• Ensure optimal product presence, merchandising standards, and in-store execution aligned with brand objectives.
