On behalf of Opteon, a leading valuation business in Australasia, Assemble are recruiting a Regional Director – Valuation Services (Metro) to join their team here in Auckland. Opteon are a provider of independent, market leading valuation and property advisory services with over 80 offices and 700+ staff members, including over 500 valuers.
The Regional Director is a critical leadership role within the Valuation Operations team, responsible for driving high performance, service excellence and financial outcomes across the region. This role provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure quality, consistency and efficiency in valuation delivery, while fostering a strong team culture aligned with Opteon’s values.
