• Own and drive regional commercial outcomes across the Visayas through best-in-class field execution
• Translate national strategies into impactful, localized trade and activation plans
• Lead end-to-end execution of trade marketing and consumer engagement initiatives
• Manage and inspire a team of 20, including 4 direct reports, to consistently exceed targets
