Regional HR Executive (Compensation & Benefits | MNC)
Seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation & Benefits Analyst with strong payroll processing experience. Incumbent will play a critical role in supporting the development, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs while ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for country/region, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Prepare payroll reports and support audits or internal reviews as needed.
- Assist in annual salary review processes, bonus calculations, and incentive programs.
- Maintain accurate C&B data in HR systems and prepare related reports.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on compensation planning, budgeting, and policy development.
