Role Overview
The Regional HR Manager leads the HR function for the Cebu region, acting as a strategic partner to management while ensuring operational excellence, legal compliance, and a high-performance culture across all local sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Relations: Act as the primary lead for conflict resolution, grievance handling, and workplace investigations. Mediate disputes and provide expert guidance to management on maintaining a positive work environment.
- Policy & Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies across Cebu retail and office locations. Ensure strict adherence to Philippine labor laws and industry regulations to mitigate risk.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance review cycle, assisting managers with goal setting, coaching, and the implementation of improvement plans.
