Regional IT Specialist (Network, CCNA)

Key Requirements:

• Experience in well-established organizations supporting over 200 users is essential.
• Degree in IT or related field with Cisco Associate certification (CCNA) preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of level 2 technical IT support experience in MNCs or large SMEs.
• Proven strong experience in network and server
• Hands-on expertise in Azure Cloud, Windows Server (2016/2022), Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Bonus points for skills in Power Automate, Power Apps, Intune, SharePoint, and Firewall setup.
