Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth of key clients by mapping stakeholders, developing account strategies, and increasing share of business through cross‑selling and upselling
- Manage existing accounts, including preparing quotations, coordinating samples, tracking orders, resolving issues, and conducting post‑launch evaluations
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and engaging target brands, retailers, and distributors; conduct presentations and product demonstrations to convert prospects
- Provide expert consultation to clients on cosmetic, accessory, and promotional packaging solutions, including materials, finishes, compliance standards, and merchandising
- Collaborate with Operations and Procurement on build costs, proposals, and negotiation of commercial terms (pricing, MOQ, lead time, payment conditions)
