Position Description

As the successful candidate, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Prioritizing your day based on prospective tenant showing requests

  • Attend multiple sites within a region to show vacant suites

  • Answering prospective tenant inquiries by telephone and email

  • Completing regular reporting on vacancy and metrics for management review

  • Conducting open houses

  • Addressing tenant issues

  • Up-sell and cross-sell properties based on potential tenants must haves and nice to have requirements

  • Processing tenant application forms; completing background checks, etc.
