Regional Manager - EHS

The position ensures compliance with South Asia Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental regulations, provides structured EHS leadership, and prepares the organization for evolving environmental, emotional, and psychosocial health regulations. It acts as the primary EHS reference for South Asia and provides interim coordination for LATAM (until 2027), collaborating with operations, HR, leadership, and external partners to uphold safety, occupational health, environmental, and sustainability standards. This role supports sustainability initiatives across South Asia, LATAM, Bangladesh, and Myanmar, ensuring timely submission of sustainability data.

1. EHS Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
Represent Regional EHS within the South Asia region and global core team, while providing interim oversight for LATAM.
Set EHS strategies, standards, and procedures reflecting best practices across South Asia and LATAM.
