Regional Manager - Loan Market (NZFSG)

About the role: We have an exciting opportunity in New Zealand working with our Loan Market team who are passionate about helping our franchisees and advisers grow  successful businesses. We've been doing it for 26 years (and counting).

That's why  we make and keep four promises to our advisers; save you time, keep you safe, help  you find and keep clients, and grow your business. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and Grow Adviser Businesses  + Build and manage relationships with advisers.

  + Support advisers with training and mastery of tools, resources and best  practice.  + Communicate the Loan Market message and vision to our advisers ∙ Work with advisers to identify their business goals and develop business  plans  + Identify learning needs and develop brokers on the Loan Market way and  L&D program.
