Regional Sales Manager - Orthopaedic Instruments

What You Will Do

The Regional Sales Manager OI is responsible for the development and execution of the business plan in the area, leading a strong sales network and being active part of new customer acquisition and retention of key accounts.

Among other duties, she/he will manage the financial performance of the department, planning expenses and ensuring the right tools are in place to create a great service experience for customers and partners and ultimately hit sales targets.

The role will require interaction with multiple medical specialties (Orthopaedics, Cardiac, CMF, ENT…), nursing, as well as other healthcare profiles like Engineering, Procurement, Technical Service, including C‑Suite.
