  • Drive sales of accumulator products in the assigned region by developing OEMs and partners, focusing on key clients in construction machinery, fluid power, wind energy, and hydraulics.

  • Develop, execute, and manage regional sales and marketing plans in line with corporate strategy, ensuring target achievement and resolving on-site issues.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, product positioning, negotiation, and deal closure.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (applications, marketing, customer service, supply chain) to secure resources for market development while adhering to company processes.
