The role of Registered Manager Respite Service Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role is responsible for the leadership, development, and overall management of our specialist respite service. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring individuals receive safe, person-centred, and outcome-focused care while maintaining full compliance with CQC regulations and organisational standards.
