POSITION: Electrophysiology Lab RN
SCRUB EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
LOCALS ALLOWED - MUST LIVE A MINIMUM OF 50 MILES FROM THE FACILITY PER ADDRESS ON DRIVER LICENSE
SCHEDULING DETAILS AND CHARTING

" Shift hours: 4x10s, 7a-530p, rotating late shifts. No weekends and No call requirements. There is a "late" requirement, and this is all rotated. All staff sign up to stay late if a case extends into the evening. EP closes on Carilion holidays.
" Charting: Epic required
" RTO: ALL requests must be included with the submission.
" Call off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
" Vacation Requirement: Must be available to work/take call one vacation per 13-week contract (in rotation with staff)
" Accept First-Time Travelers: Yes
" Locals Accepted? No. Refer to the Submittal Instructions for radius rule criteria
