**Position Purpose**

At **Saint Francis Hospital** , the **Emergency Department Registered Nurse Case Manager** plays a critical role in coordinating patient care in a fast‑paced emergency setting. This role focuses on early identification of patient needs, care coordination, utilization management, and safe transitions of care to ensure high‑quality, cost‑effective outcomes while supporting patient flow and throughput from the Emergency Department.
