**Schedule:** 10-hour day shifts, 6:45 a.m.–5:15 p.m. On-call rotation is self-scheduled. **1st call:** 24 hours a day. **2nd call:** Monday–Friday until 7:00 p.m.; Saturday–Sunday until 5:00 p.m.
