About the role:
Juniper Hillcrest, located in Geraldton, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our supportive residential aged care team.
In this role, you will assess residents’ clinical needs, coordinate care with healthcare professionals, and implement and review person-centred care plans. You will also provide guidance to care staff and help ensure high standards of clinical care for residents.
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse who is passionate about aged care and committed to delivering safe, high-quality care.
