Registered Nurse - Geriatric Admission Unit A

Job Description
The Geriatric Mental Health Services is currently seeking a full-time, temporary (6 months) Registered Nurse to work on Geriatric Admission Unit A (GAU-A). As a member of an inter-professional team, you will provide client-centered mental health, addiction and general nursing care to older individuals from diverse backgrounds with mental health and addiction issues. As well, you will ensure safety and security of the client care environment, and practice in accordance with College of Nurses of Ontario professional standards, Canadian Standards for Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing and Gerontology, CAMH Policies and Procedures, and with the CAMH Practice Model of Care.
