- Schedule: 5x8 Day Shifts, 0800-1700
- Experience Required: 2 years
- EMR Experience: OASIS E & HCHB Point Care required
- Licenses: MD license required
- Certification: BLS required
- Travelers: First-time travelers accepted (must have OASIS E experience)
- Floating: May be requested to cover another zip code as needed
