JOB DETAILS:
Ratios: 1:1-2
Shift:12 HR Nights 7p-7a 36s or 48s
Float Requirement: required to float out to MedSurg, CNA, secretary and/or helping hands
Weekend Requirement: determined by dept needs

PATIENT DIAGNOSES:
Unit had ~100 births in all of last year so not a very busy department. LDRP Unit, so both mother and baby care.

SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS:
LDRP Unit so candidate will assist both mother and baby. Not a very busy unit but this unit does have higher acuity/high risk cases. Need strong experience - this is because of the autonomy that is needed for this small department
