Opportunity Description
A challenging opportunity for a dynamic, quality orientated Service Manager with proven leadership and people management skills exists. To manage the day–to-day planning, operation and problem-solving of a team of consultants to meet with the required service level components, standards and targets in order to ensure delivery of a consistently superior customer experience.
The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
- A minimum of a Grade 12 and Registered Nursing qualification.
- Sound Clinical knowledge.
- Exposure to Managed HealthCare policies and procedures, ISO principles and other related legislature would be an added advantage.
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
- Computer literacy (MS Office and Medical Administration system).
- Management experience.
